ABOUT ME
As a Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Master, and Energy Worker, I’ve spent the past 10 years helping people release emotional heaviness, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with a calmer version of themselves, all through distance energy work.
Everything carries vibration, our thoughts, emotions, and experiences included. When life feels heavy, that energy can feel stuck or out of balance.
Distance energy clearing works by gently shifting and releasing this stagnant energy, helping you return to a lighter, more aligned state. These sessions are just as effective remotely as they are in person, energy is not limited by space.
There is no need for you to be present during the session. Once you contact me via Messenger and share what you would like support with, I complete the clearing on your behalf and work quietly in the background.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a written report outlining what came up and what was cleared, so you can understand your energetic shift.
This work becomes a personal healing journey, helping you feel more emotionally balanced, energetically lighter, and more connected to yourself and your life.

Pompeii
I saw you racing the streets of Pompeii. You were a very wealthy woman in her late 20s or early 30s. You had a family but your main goal in life was to climb the social ladder and become one of the most powerful families in the city. Your husband was military and you had children but not sure how many or how old. You were so busy developing your 'career' as a powerful woman in a powerful family that you did not have time for your children. You were fully focused on yoir goal.
The week of the eruption of Mt Vesuvius was very important to you because you were organising a function at your house which was going to have a huge impact on your social standing. On the day of the eruption that destroyed the city I saw you busily walking the streets going somewhere to organise something for the feast. I saw the sky start to turn black and a servant who was hurrying along behind you tried to warn you something was wrong and to maybe go home to the children but you were so focused that you did not pay attention and told the man to stop distracting you. He eventually made the decision himself to go to his family but you continues on. By the time you realised that there was something bad about to happen it was too late and you could not get home to your family. It was then that you made the decision that desire, greed and progressive achievement would never again district you from the importance of your family. You would never put your desires before that of your family and you would always be sure to stop yourself if your desires started to wander too far from your family commitments. This became your soul contract.
I have cleared this contract. This might help you to feel like you can put yourself out there a bit more. It is common, however for soul contracts to continue through many lifetimes and as Pompeii was a really long time ago you may have the same contract occur in more recent lifetimes.
